The upgrade to WinGPS Marine Plus allows for connecting additional board instruments wirelessly to your PC or AIS transponder. It also supports advanced weather models like KNMI's Harmonie and NOAA waves globally.

KUSTFIJN Getijmodel Rijkswaterstaat provides accurate predictions of currents, tides, and water levels in specific regions with red depth lines highlighting safe waterways based on depth, tides, and wind deviations.

CHART COVERAGE & INSTALLATION:

Upon starting WinGPS Marine, users are greeted with ESRI's default topographic chart which can be switched to NOAA charts for the US or a downloadable world chart via the Chart Manager. Digital charts can be purchased at www.stentec.com or through the app directly. Chart installations are allowed on up to 3 devices for convenience across various platforms.

To access purchased DKW2 charts from the Chart Manager, users need to log in with their Stentec Account within the Marine app. These charts include popular series like DKW1800 with weekly BaZ updates and NL Charts with biweekly updates, available in the online shop along with up-to-date sea charts and inland charts of Western Europe including the Donau.
